Well child visits are an important part of preventive health care for children. Visits are usually scheduled at the following ages:
- from infancy to the toddler years: 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 3 years and 4 years
- from kindergarten to middle school: 5 years, 6 years, 8 years, 10 years and 12 years
- annually from 13-18 years
Appointments can usually be scheduled up to several months in advance. We will make an effort to remind you of an upcoming well visit. Please let us know if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
