Dental Varnish

Dental caries (cavities) is the number one health care cost in North Carolina. It is also the number one preventable medical problem. That is why Premier Pediatrics, P.A. offers dental varnish services starting at first tooth eruption. This service is a big factor in preventing dental caries.

Oral Fluoride

Oral fluoride may be prescribed if, after discussion with your medical provider, it is decided it is appropriate. Our providers prescribe oral fluoride supplementation starting at 6 months.

If your medical management requires behavioral care, Premier Pediatrics has a co-management agreement with Carolina Behavioral Care to facilitate optimal healthcare effeciency for our patients. By using Carolina Behavioral Care, it allows us, as your medical home, to have excellent communication and timely transition of your care.

Care Coordinators

Liz: Liz is the leader of our integrated services network. She takes charge in the overall case of the patient and prevents fragmentation of care. Her mission is guided by specific objectives shared by all team members. She manages pluridisciplinary clinical pathway plans.

Letty: Letty coordinates care of identified special medical populations. She facilitates communication between consultants and providers ensuring efficiency by implementing plans of care and follow-up. She identifies and helps to remove any restrictions to care access.
